Fresh Start is the longest existing Private Provider of Residential
Social Care in Ireland with numerous Residential Centres throughout
the Leinster and Munster regions. We have a proven track record in
delivering positive outcomes for the children and young people we look
after. Fresh Start works in partnership with TUSLA Child and Family
Agency to implement individualised care packages for all children and
young people availing of the service. Each Centre provides therapeutic
care programmes for children and young people who present with a
variety of needs. The needs and views of the children and young people
we look after are central to the work we undertake. We are now
recruiting for the following Fulltime position:
HOUSE MANAGER (PERSON IN CHARGE) ? COUNTY CORK
ESSENTIAL
* Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Social Care
OR a Level 7 Degree in Social Care with equivalent management
qualification suitable for a health or social care setting. Candidates
may have a Level 8 qualification in another related and relevant field
if currently working as a House Manager/Centre Manager in a Registered
Children?s Residential Centre for the past 3 years.
* Candidates require at least 5 years? social care experience in a
Children?s Residential Centre.
* Candidates must agree to work within the framework of all relevant
legislation and guidelines (e.g., Child Care Act **Apply on the

* Candidates must hold a Full Driver?s license.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Salary and benefits will
be discussed with successful candidates.
